How to reach Lufthansa Revenue Services with HVV (Hamburg Transport Association):
From the main station:
Take the U1 (if possible get in the rear part of the train) in the direction of Norderstedt Mitte up to the last stop Norderstedt Mitte. (Go up the escalator there and to the right through the glass door to the bus stop). There take either the 293 to Kisdorf, Denkmal or the 393 to Harkshörn (Nord) and go to the stop Harksheide, Stonsdorfer Weg. Follow the way in the direction of travel for approx. 50m. The entrance to LRS is on the left.
From the airport:
Take the 292 to Ochsenzoll as far as U Ochsenzoll. There take the U1 (if possible get in the rear part of the train) in the direction of Norderstedt Mitte up to the final stop Norderstedt Mitte. (Go up the escalator there and to the right through the glass door to the bus stop). There take either the 293 to Kisdorf, Denkmal or the 393 in the direction of Harkshörn (Nord) and go to the stop Harksheide, Stonsdorfer Weg. Follow the way in the direction of travel for approx. 50m. The entrance to LRS is on the left.
By car:
From the south:
Coming from the south, take the A7 in the direction of Flensburg/Kiel up to the exit no. 23, "Schnelsen-Nord/Norderstedt-Süd/Flughafen". Follow the sign "Norderstedt". Take Ohechaussee in the direction of "Bad Segeberg" until you come to the major intersection "Segeberger Chaussee/Langenhorner Chaussee/Schleswig-Holstein Str.". There turn left in the direction of "Gewerbegebiete Harksheide". After some miles, you go left into "Gewerbegebiet Stonsdorf". Turn right into the second road to reach LRS.
From the north:
Coming from the north, take the A7 up to the exit "Quickborn/Norderstedt-Nord". Follow the sign "Norderstedt", then the sign to "Hamburg" or "Flughafen". You will come automatically to Schleswig-Holstein-Str. Look out for "Gewerbegebiet Stonsdorf". Turn right into Stormannstrasse. Turn right into the second road to reach LRS.
From the west:
If you come via the A23, go to the exit Pinneberg-Nord/Quickborn. Follow the sign to "Norderstedt". After crossing the A 7, you will come automatically to Schleswig-Holstein-Str. Follow this in the direction of "Hamburg", or "Flughafen" up to "Gewerbegebiet Stonsdorf". Turn right into Stormannstrasse. Turn right into the second road to reach LRS.
From the east:
If you are coming via the A24 or A1, it is best to follow the signs to "Flughafen". You will then automatically come to the airport bypass. On this, follow the sign to "Norderstedt" up to the intersection "Niendorfer Str./Ohechaussee". There turn right in the direction of "Bad Segeberg". Take Ohechaussee in the direction of Bad Segeberg until you come to the major intersection Segeberger Chaussee/Langenhorner Chaussee/Schleswig-Holstein Str.
Turn left in the direction of "Gewerbegebiete Harksheide". Then turn left after some miles into "Gewerbegebiet Stonsdorf". Turn right into the second road to reach LRS.
If you want to come to us by taxi, the taxi ride from Fuhlsbüttel Airport takes about 30 minutes and costs about €25.

By rail:
Take the mainline railway to the main station Berlin, then go with S-Bahn S7 in the direction of Ahrensfelde up to the station Ostkreuz. There change to S-Bahn S9 to Schönefeld and get out at the S-Bahn station Altglienicke.
Then go to the steps and to the right over the bridge, over the main road, at the end of the bridge again to the right, carry on, then turn left in the direction of Falkenbergpark, which leads to Paradiesstrasse. After that turn right, continue on Paradiesstrasse, up to street number 206 b. Lufthansa Revenue Services Berlin is on the 3rd floor
By air:
After arriving at Berlin-Tegel Airport, go to the bus stop for the bus TXL (direction S+U Alexanderplatz). Get out at Berlin main station and carry on with S-Bahn S7 in the direction of Ahrensfelde as far as the station Ostkreuz. There change into S-Bahn S9 to Schönefeld and get out at S-Bahn station Altglienicke. There go to the steps and right over the bridge, leading over the main road, at the end of the bridge again turn right, follow the road, then carry on, on the left follow the way in the direction of Falkenbergpark, which leads to Paradiesstrasse. Then turn right, continue on Paradiesstrasse up to street number 206 b. Lufthansa Revenue Services Berlin is on the 3rd floor.
